Download the Kupyo app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Sign up for an account, and you can start browsing listings or posting your items immediately. Our user-friendly interface and AI-assisted tools make setting up your first listing simple and intuitive.

To create a listing, tap the New Post button on the bottom bar, add a video of your item or service, fill in the title, and choose the corresponding category. Our AI will suggest the best keywords and description to make your listing stand out. You can create as many suggestions as you want, and choose the best fit.

To search for items, press the magnifying glass icon to enter tags or keywords, or browse through categories for broader results. By watching and liking ads, our system adapts to show you more similar ads, enhancing your browsing experience. To add items to your favorites list, go to the post options and click on ‘Save Ad’. You can access your saved listings/posts under "Listings/Post Saved." You can also like listings to refine your search preferences. Find all your liked posts under 'My Likes' in "Account/Super Admin." Additionally, you can follow or unfollow seller profiles by pressing on a user's thumbnail. Check who you're following under "Following" in "Account/Super Admin."

If you encounter an issue with a listing or a purchase on Kupyo, you have several options to resolve it. - Report the Listing: To report a listing, tap the "..." button on any ad, choose "Report Publication," select a reason from the list, and provide a detailed message describing your concern.
